Another murder in the USA

Russian journalists and the whole Russian society pay a lot of attention to adopted children from Russia in the USA. But some time ago the situation was absolutely opposite. This huge interest was awakened by the number of crimes and abuses against former little Russian citizens in the USA.

And today I met a new terrible piece of news about eight years boy from Russia who was killed in the state of Louisiana by some crazy youngster. The criminal has been caught, but the prosecutor said that the killer could not be sentenced to a capital punishment because of his age (he is only 17 years old).

But now it is important to know was the Russian child a victim by accident or he was murdered because of his nationality.
