Dancing on the voting station
Last voting for the future Presiden of the Russian Federation, which was held on 4th of March, was world wide famous for online video translation of this process from all voting stations. By the way, there were more than 90 000 of such stations and at least 2 cameras were installed in each one.
And of course there should have appeared some dudes which could use this situation to make something funny. And they appeared!
Here you can see the clip with one of such dudes performing a dance on the voting station:
I would try to add some more clips with dancing on voting stations in comments...

How do they punish for the wrong parking in Russia?
Here you can see the answer for this question.
Unusual but extremly effective punishment. Once being punished you can not commit a new offence of this kind (at least with your old car).
P.S. The photo has been taken in Saratov.

Putin - Blueberry Hill
Putin sings 'Blueberry Hill' (Fats Domino):
I found my thrill on Blueberry hill
On Blueberry hill where I found you
The moon stood still on Blueberry hill
And lingered until my dreams came true
The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows we made
Were never to be
Tho' we're apart, you're part of me still
For you were my thrill on Blueberry hill
The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows we made
Were never to be
Tho' we're apart, you're part of me still

Dmitry Medvedev and The World of Warcraft
Submitted by Eugene on Mon, 08/01/2011 - 15:20At the Council for cultural and science development the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that the world famous online game The World of Warcraft among different destructive elements had positive issues as well. He admitted that the main idea of this game was connected with a some kind of history of the human civilization and development throughout the time. That is why he suggested to Russian computer game developers to make up a new game similar to The World of Warcraft but with Russian heroes and with connotations with the history of Russian state and Russian civilization.

Yuriy Dolgorukiy successfily launched Bulava missile
Submitted by Eugene on Wed, 06/29/2011 - 09:18Yesterday a new model of Russian naval ballistic missile was launched from “Yuriy Dolgorukiy” (a big ballistic missile submarine of the Borei class). It was rocket of Bulava’s project.
As officials are saying the launch was absolutely successful. It is important to mention that is was the 15th launch in a row, but only eight of them were success.
Now Russian military and government authorities have established a special strict control along the whole manufacturing chain to supervise the quality and accuracy of production of Bulava missiles. That is why they hope to reduce possibility of future failures to null.
It is supposed that the next stage of tests will be a launch of Bulava missile on the maximum range of flight (into the Pacific ocean's water area). And the final stage will be a massive launch of Bulava missiles from one of the big ballistic missile submarines. It would be the whole sub’s arsenal of missiles or at least half of it.
After all of these tests this type of missiles should be accepted as ready to use as a component of the Russian nuclear shield.
